Feeling like you can’t see the wood for the trees?

People come to coaching because they are seeking something, sometimes you can’t see the wood for the trees and are stuck in the messiness. Coaching is a space to unpick your thoughts and go a bit deeper than daily life usually allows. In this safe, supportive yet challenging space you can embrace new and different thinking.

Coaching is about you and your growth. It is a partnership between you and me in service of this. I walk alongside you as we reflect, explore and co-create through conversation.

You are part of a wider system, whether your family, team or organisation. All of this is part of the complex, uncertain and changing world we live in and all of this has a place in our coaching conversations.

Coaching is about insight and new ways of thinking. With new insights, you can choose new or different actions to shape the future you want.

1:1 coaching

Explore & Grow

  • You have a ‘thing’ you want to explore

  • You’re not sure what the ‘thing’ is but you know there’s something

  • You want a space to think and differently about life and work

These conversations will take place over time, usually with 6 sessions over 3 - 4 months.

I also partner with people for much longer, sometimes years.

Focus & Align

  • You’re at a transition point in life or work

  • You have something particular you want to explore

Sometimes one conversation is enough. This is a 90 minute session of focused thinking on a particular issue, project or decision.

“I was fortunate to have coaching with Sarah to help me look at issues I had around self-belief and anxiety. Sarah’s coaching style was empathic and understanding yet knowledgeable and challenging. in a caring way, she helped me work through different ways of looking at things alongside techniques to practice with. I couldn’t recommend Sarah as a coach highly enough, she made a real difference to my life which I’ll always be grateful for.”

“The honeymoon period was over and four weeks into a new term, overwhelm was creeping in, undermining all the rejuvenated good leadership intentions the summer break had brought. A throw away comment to Sarah led to her insightful intervention and coaching support. I've engaged with her guidance and made a renewed commitment to allow time everyday to grow the professional integrity which I have identified as my values base.”
