Set Yourself Up Well

We’ve entered August which means if you are an educator in Scotland your mind has probably started to return to thoughts of school and work. For many of us this is best described as ‘the fear’ or an extended version of the ‘Sunday night blues’.  Personally, I used to feel like there was a high speed train coming towards me and there was nothing I could do about it, it’s a horrible feeling.

So for the month of August I have an opportunity for educators!

I’m offering a 90 minute coaching call (face to face or online) with a bonus 30 minute follow-up call.

Use this 90 minutes to explore whatever is on your mind, clarify your thinking and work out what you want to do. In 90 minutes of uninterrupted thinking time you will be amazed at what you can achieve.

Set yourself up well! You will finish the session feeling less of ‘the fear’, have more clarity and some positive goals and actions.

Here’s what one client has had to say about working with me:

Receiving coaching from Sarah Philp has been a transformative experience.

Through Sarah’s considered listening and incisive questioning skills she has empowered me to think differently about myself and my leadership.

In every coaching session we have tackled a complex issue together and by the end I know where I need to go next on the journey to solving each problem.

Get in touch to book an introductory chat and then we can take it from there.
